On September 22, 2011 http://365project.org/hjbenson/365/2011-09-22 I showed where Hurricane Irene had taken out one of my normal routes. Last week they finished putting in a 5 year temporary repair so we can use the road again. Best viewed large. Photo is completely SOOC

Ooooh--I don't envy you---I mean it's nice to have the route opened up again, but I really hate those noisy metal temp bridges! The design underneath is really cool though
@jimwilson Thank you Jim, I felt for the theme I would leave it this way @5unflow3r Thank you Paula, it sounded a lot louder once I got out of the car to take the photo :) @vernabeth Thank you Beth, they originally guessimated a year, 4 months is great @exposure4u Thank you Wendy, I liked the way ti looked sooc :)
@cscecil Thank you Carolyn, it made for several interesting shots @mawol Thank you Mary, I was surprised by its construction @kimmistephens Thank you Kimmi, I hope so :) @mstipe Thank you Michelle, it will save me several miles and I can now drive on all paved roads
@jgilker Thank you Jessika, so am I even though it was only 4 months it seemes a lot longer @seattle Thank you Constance, with the upsidedown and balance themes I thought the original without any rotations made for an interesting view angle
