I went out tonight to do a first attempt at some star trails. As I got outside, I thought did I leave the garage light on. As I turned the corner of the house, I saw the light - moon light. Since it is way to bright to attempt star trails, I took the moon instead. SOOC except for crop.
Retired educator - taught mathematics in high school, went back to graduate school, worked in research labs, and finally went back and taught computer science...

@buggus Thank you Oleta, the full moon is on Thrusday and it is easier in the winter. For star trails, you don't want the moon out, it gives off to much light.
