Gail's extended family comes over for Easter every year, but with teaching schedules and college schedules and children in Boston and Washington, it is hard to coordinate it to Easter. So we pick the best weekend day closest to Easter. This year it was today. One of the big hits was a vegetable recipe I got from Marilyn Wigen (@marilyn) on 365. Best Viewed Large.

Wow... photographer and chef! A man of many talents! Glad the casserole was a hit... we loved it at our Easter dinner, too. This looks like a pretty darn delicious spread! Well done, Harry... chef and photographer! :)
@marilyn Thank you Marilyn, the recipe worked well, I love all my in-laws, but I cook so Gail can socialize with them. @kimmistephens Thank you Kimmi, it was!!
So nice of youto do the cooking on this special Easter get together so your wife can be with the family..when we had dinner at my daughter's I noticed she spent way to much time in the kitchen but refused help.. curious what was that special vegetable dish that Marilyn sent you a recipe for?
All of our children and my wife and I had different schedules due to college. My daughter was off at the beginning of March, my older son the middle of March with me and my younger son and wife had this past week off. I understand that coordination thing all too well.
@webfoot Thank you Paul, at the beginning of the school year, Gail & I put together a large calendar with all the appropriate school schedules on it for the school year.
@kimmistephens Thank you Kimmi, it was!!
