The winds today in Ocean City, Maryland were a constant 25-35 mph whipping up the ocean. Luckily yesterday (4/21) it had died down and the maiden launch at NASA Wallops facility - about 30 miles south - of the private rocket that will supply the space station went without a hitch
Retired educator - taught mathematics in high school, went back to graduate school, worked in research labs, and finally went back and taught computer science...
