My delivery of locally grown organic vegetables arrived Wednesday, but I didn't get the picture posted. I got lots of yummy food, too much to even fit in this picture! LOL!
@homeschoolmom I've been obsessed with organic colored carrots--the purples are gorgeous! Roasted them tonight with garlic, olive oil and herbs.......yum! Happy eating!
