This is Rango. We adopted him in October. Unfortunately he tested lightly positive on his heartworm test then, so we went to the vet to check it. Still lightly positive and we will continue with the prevention, but it turned out he had an ear infection too.
The first time I tried to give the drops with my husband holding him. That was one big disaster. Rango is 60 pounds and very strong. The next day he lay on the bed while I read with my son. His sister was kind enough to get the drops and it worked. Now I do it on my own, when he is relaxing. That works fine, as long as he doesn't see the bottle. Good Boy!
