My eldest, Nadya, started high school this year. In August I read about "moms central". Not thinking (and lived at least 5 yrs in the UK) I thought that it was something for mothers. Wrong! It turned out to be a house where they made enormous corsages for the homecoming. I like crafts so the past weeks I have spend quite a few hours there making "moms". Nadya went with me on Sunday and got the idea to get a friendship mom for her big. As she was too late to order, she had to make it herself. This is the result. I'm looking forward to the game Friday night where they were these moms.
As for the Month of Yellow - at the elementary school they are asked to wear gold or yellow Wednesday (last day of September) for Pediatric Cancer Awareness - so I think that gold is OK for my photo!
