My youngest had a piano rehearsal today and luckily the road (left in this picture) was opened on Wednesday after the floods - that saved us a long drive, but there was another storm coming in.
Oh dear, I hope it wasn't as heavy and you didn't get more flooding. Cute little duckies on the water but, I am guessing from the trees that this area shouldn't be flooded like this?
@stephanies Fortunately it was not as heavy, but this way the water is not going down... Normally there is no water in this area at all! And the flooding happened a month ago (18th of April)!!
It is, isn't it @stephanies ?! And yesterday we had another day of heavy rain, so they had to close 1 lane on either side of the road (It has 2 lanes on either side). But I'm so happy that they didn't have to close the entire road.
