Fountain?!

No, it is not. This is actually the start of big fly-over where the 8 (or Beltway) and the I10 cross. We had a big storm today (took only about 30 minutes) and traffic got to a standstill. I was lucky to have a great view and that when I opened my window no rain came into my car! iPhone picture

Nice capture of the flowing water. What an interesting shot - I have to keep looking at it as there are so many different lines and shapes in it.

@stephanies These fly-overs are incredible. When we moved here I wanted to take a picture of one during sunrise or sunset - didn't do it yet because I have to drive over, park, walk a little and these are not the safest places. But reading your comments, I think I should!
