missed us! I went a day to the beach with my youngest (11 & 14). It was the first day that there was no rain or thunderstorms predicted in a while for Galveston. but coming out of the sea we saw some dark skies. Luckily it did not reach the beach!
What a threatening picture - the clouds look so low. The pops of colour from the umbrellas really brighten up the shot though. Glad you avoided the rain anyway.
@stephanies - The colorful umbrella with the boat (left) is our spot and my emergency plan was to throw everything in the boat and run for the car, but fortunately it was not necessary!
It really like this picture too and am happy we stayed dry!
