Exactly a month ago hurricane Harvey made landfall. A few days later this park turned into a lake. Many neighbors exercised or walked their dogs here every day, but 2/3 are still living elsewhere. So the park is too empty, although my dogs probably like it - they can go off leash the whole walk!
