I discovered this egg on my totally eaten milkweed plant. Mom must have been really desperate or maybe she knew some leaves will have grown back by the time the egg is ready to hatch.
When I looked really carefully, I saw little leaves starting to grow already. Yeah! Especially because I do not know how long I will be able to post pictures of these stalks...
