Wow! Surprise!

It's weekend (our weekend is Friday and Saturday) and Yelena volunteered to make pizza.

After letting the dough rest she called me for photos. I love that she did not act in the third photo... Obviously she was hoping the dough would rise, but was surprised it how much it rose...

The pizza was delicious! With a really nice and airy crust!
