Date palm

I believe it is date season... There are many palm trees around with lots of fruits. These trees are standing close to the beach and think nobody cares about them.
So far I have not been to a date plantation, but I have seen people putting bags around the dates in their gardens.

Very interesting. I have fruit like that on the palm trees in my back yard. But I never thought they were dates. They just fall on the ground surrounding the roses below. I rake them up.
