Sprinklers?!

At home we are allowed to use the sprinklers only twice a week, because it has (and still is) very dry in Houston.
Obviously rules are different for a big event... this was during half time.

(A friend of my husband has season tickets for the Houston Dynamo FC (soccer). Nobody wanted to go with him, so my husband and I joined him)

The players don’t seem to mind the sprinklers. I would think it would make the field soggy or slippery.
