Rosa the Bald Eagle

This is obviously not Rosa, but it is the bottom of her sculpture. We found the sculpture of Rosa on our trip to Galveston.
The sign said that it took more than 1500 people from 7 states to wire-stitch marine debris into feathers. Rosa was made in 2020 and 2021.
