I was feeling fairly down about my broken camera, I just don't like anything getting broken. After spending a few hours searching ebay and various sellers globally I decided to try the company that I was going to buy my medium format camera from. They had an FE body for a really good price so I bought 2 cameras today... suddenly I feel much better. I had a spare FE body but it wasn't 100% so we're using it to fix the broken one too.
This is a pinhole from a few months ago, it was done in a coffee can, I must get more pinhole done, quite possibly one of the more satisfying ways of getting an image. Also if the can breaks I can buy a new one pretty cheap. This was about a 15 second exposue, developed in Ilford multigrade, scanned and inverted the I used the colour balance to give a sepia look
Oh I hope you do do more of them! I love brads comment ! Made me giggle like a girl lol... I remember you doing a washing line before, that was awesome too :-)
Two things:
1) Your project is really inspirational. I love the fact that you try so many things, you seem so passionate about it, and it really shows in your photos.
2) I had a dream last night that I dropped my camera in water (ugh, don't ask).
@stillcrappysailor I hate dreams like that - camera has been repaired - my husband used my older FE that sticks a lot as spare parts one and repaired it ! Yeah!
