come... by ingrid2101

come...

From my explore on Sunday, definately going back here woth film and a working camera. Great day, I got a facebook message from someone who works at the local photo lab, they were having a clear out and I have several hundreds of meters of expired colour paper, lumen printing galore - just have to wait patiently for the sun now. I'm getting behind on here again... I'm not sure if anyone has tips on how to keep up? I seem to dip in at various times and then realise there are people I miss. Ah to have more time. I used tilt shift in snapseed and many other editing parts, really it is etsooi
I love how you manage to bring these 'horrible' shots to life and create a beautiful thing! This is amazing. FAV

Amazing textures in this. Love the edit.
No tips on how to keep up though - I've sort of given up with that at the mo. I'd much rather you kept doing your own thing & not worry about catching up with other people. :)

Super shot. Just gooey with B&W and redolent with atmosphere.

Well that's kind of creepy. The sort of thing you mught see in a horror film - strange messages left be who knows what.

Wonderful. I really like how you compose your pictures. The processing is exceptional. Nice work.

Awesome!

yay, I love the lumens. Cannot wait. No idea how to keep up Ingrid, I've given up and only comments on photos I really like and people I have a connection with.

Love the textures in this. My tip for keeping up is not to get stressed when you don't ;-)

lovely image. looks like you had a fun explore that day!

Love the textures. The only way I can even kind of keep up is to restrict the number of people I follow to about 50.

this is just a little creepy! Is it a fireplace?
January 8th, 2014
@gwhit123 It is George, wasn't creepy in real life - some places are but this one was ok which is why I probably grunged it up!

@ingrid2101 snapseed works it magic once again. happy new year by the way - did you have a good xmas/new year?
January 8th, 2014
@gwhit123 Happy new year to you too - ! It was lovely, relaxed, happy and just with family. What about yourselves? your bairns are so much younger that the excitement must be incredible - I remember that mania well

@ingrid2101 manic is the right word, there were 6 kids and 6 adults so constant activity. We went to my mums and we got to meet our littliest niece for the first time which was great.

Beautiful capture, Ingrid! Cut yourself some slack! It's your project and we'll wait for your art and insightful comments. It's worth it :)

I only follow a handful of people, and but just try and drop by to see what they're up to every now and again, and try not to let myself get more than a couple of weeks behind (I do double-uploading when I have a backlog - takes a while but claws it back gradually. Oh, and I post crap, too.). I have no idea how the people that follow 100s of others and stay on top of lots of albums of amazing stuff do it! (This is cool, btw)

Oh that word come creeps me but this is wonderfully mysterious and intriguing
