Street artist Banksy created this on the wall of a car park in Liverpool city centre in 2011 but I've never seen it without cars parked in front of it until this evening.
The council protected the lower part with perspex after someone added graffiti soon after it first appeared. That didn't stop a new addition appearing in 2013, a Banksy-style rat saying 'Never liked this Banksy' was painted on the wall just underneath the perspex sheet!
