We went to Bosta beach tonight, I enjoyed the subtle colours in the sky as the sun set.
The bell in the sea is part of an art installation called Time and Tide, the bells are in different locations around the coast of Britain that ring at high tide, the sounds vary depending on the frequency and movement of the waves.
In 1993 there was a big storm here, a huge amount of sand on the beach was blown and revealed the remains of a village. Archeologists were brought in to investigate and they discovered the remains of a community that lived here in the 6th and 7th century.
It was quite strange to stand here and wonder if this view has changed since those people lived here all those years ago.
