This is a potato bread. We’ve tasted this a few years ago for the first time in Rügen, Germany. I’ve never had the time to try baking one myself, but with a few days off from work I thought I give it a go. As I post this it’s halfway gone and tastes just like I remembered it.
@onewing You’re so right Babs, it went much quicker than ‘normal’ bread although I bake that too every other day :) @farmreporter It was delicious Wendy, I’ll try again this evening just to see if it wasn’t a fluke ;)
