From the number of signs on the side it looks as if that building serves a number of purposes. I like the combination of the electirc sign together with the old fashioned gingerbread on the balcony roof.
Quirky indeed. Curiously the neon signs have shown up ok. Normally, if I use a shutter speed as fast as this only some of the letters appear on these signs. You have captured the essence of this place very well.
