When you first see it, the bokeh looks like raindrops. It certainly sparkles. Appropriate, as here Nov 5th is Guy Fawkes night with lots of bonfires and sparklers.
@carolyns To be honest it just came out that like Carolyn! It's the top of a hedge covered in dew, with the camera sitting down very low to take the picture. Some of the hedge was in the foreground, hence the blur/bokeh there and with a low f-stop setting (2.8) I kept the focus on the centre, hence the background blur/bokeh. It was also shot into the sun.
