Sitting at Starbucks the other day when this Greckle caught my eye, sitting on the awning above me. It was a grey day, and the photo was a bit dull, so I jazzed it up a bit on PS.
@pixiemac Ha ha - googling greckles! Made me laugh. They're a bit crow-like; not particularly nice birds. Very vocal and very aggressive. They are always at Starbucks eating all the crumbs. My first experience with one was at Starbucks, sitting outside, with a last mouthful of sandwich in my hand. It appeared from nowhere, squawking and stole my last bite! I've ever liked them much since, but they're fairly photogenic as they have lovely shiny plumage and they are numerous in this area! @allisonraposa@killeen@lucypics@paulaw Thanks everyone. I like just about any kind of coffee, but this Starbucks is very close to home and hubby and I like to wander down on a Saturday morning to read the paper and of course enjoy a coffee!
