The tree is down, the decorations have been tidied away, and the 'children' have left. It's feeling very empty, and just a little sad here. However, it's a new week, and a new year, so it's time to be up and at it!
@gailmmeek Thanks Gail. Yes, I do actually like getting rid of the decorations - but I also love putting them up! The house looks much more spacious without them though.
I think the same thing when tucking the ornaments and Christmas decor away. The snowman looks happy to have been able to spend the holidays with you and your family.
This is a lovely shot.... would make for a nice Christmas card.
