Hubby and I have been trying to get the garden back into shape before we have to leave it again at the end of the month. Our rusty old wheelbarrow was sitting on the lawn, waiting to be filled with hedge cuttings, when I saw a photo opportunity. I'm sure that there are many more to be had from this gloriously rusty old wheelbarrow.
Today is an exciting day for me - this evening I'm off to collect our daughter from the airport, as she returns to the UK after her year's internship with Ping Golf in Phoenix. She's had a fabulous time out there and I'm sure she'll miss it enormously. We're very glad to have her closer for a bit though.
I can't believe it's been a year already - I remember when you talked about her arriving in Phoenix as you were preparing to leave Houston (though I'm sure it feels the full year to you!) What an imaginative idea to come up with for your rusty wheelbarrow.
@milaniet@genealogygenie I know, that year has gone so quickly and I was lucky to be able to visit her as we left Houston last July, but also in April of this year - two experiences I would not have had otherwise. Delighted to have her closer for a while though. :-)
Great combination of nature and what nurtures nature in our gardens, if a wheelbarrow can be considered the deliverer of nurturing. Just saw the photo of your daughter -- how nice to have her home!
