Friends for Lunch

We had some friends round for Sunday lunch yesterday. I tried a new dessert recipe ~ Olive Oil Cake with Rosemary and Lemon. It was a great success, and a very unusual recipe - no butter and very little flour.

@randystreat Ha ha Kathy ... I love a table with lots of elegant wine glasses. The only thing I don't love is that I have to hand wash all of them afterwards! It's not every day though. :-) You know, our kids used to judge a restaurant suitable, or not, by the glasses set on the tables. They never wanted to go into one with lots of wine glasses set out - they knew the food wouldn't be what they were looking for - probably chicken nuggets and chips at that time, much to our chagrin!!!!
