Another shot from Thursday's trip into Paris. I came across this by accident in the Cour Carée of the Louvre. Her exhibit has been placed in the space where there is usually a water fountain, in the centre of the courtyard. Posting ahead of schedule as I'm heading off on my bike for a week - cycling from Paris to Strasbourg.
Please pray for fine weather for me ... at the moment the forecast is rain, rain and more rain! I'll catch up with posting and commenting once I get back from my travels. :-)
It sounds like a really interesting exhibition. Enjoy your cycling trip and I hope that the weather does come to the party. I hope you are able to get some lovely pictures of your road trip. I would love to do a similar trip. I have travelled parts of Holland on a bike. It really does teach you how to pack economically!
You are so lucky to live close from Paris and enjoy it. This is s great capture. (BTW about your comment, glad my image brought memories. I like sea urchin but needs to be very fresh)
Issi, today (May 31) is my last day as regular contributor to the 365, and I want to say what a pleasure it has been to meet you and follow your work, and read your comments on mine. All the best to you photographically and in every other way.
@mona65 thanks Mona! We're surviving! We've had terrible rain though, as you'll realise. 550km done. Nearly there. In Sarreguemines at the moment. Thanks for your kind message.
@tristansmum Stephanie, Thanks so much for your kind message. I wish you all the best with your photographic future and hope that we 'see' you from time to time on 365. Good luck with everything. I'll miss your lovely words of encouragement and your beautiful photos. Xx
I hope you're having a great time on your ride. ...can't wait to see some pics!
