Red Grouse

I had a delightful walk up Morrone this morning, a hill which means a lot to me. I didn't take the dog in the hope of seeing lots of wild life, but in fact only saw grouse and hares, both nigh on impossible to capture as they are so easily startled and so speedy. I was pleased with this one though.

@peterday No. Dad's not a rugby man, so opted for a long walk instead - while he rested.

@dkbarnett yes, the red dot on the head was about the only thing that helped me keep him in the viewfinder. He was getting away - and they move so quickly!
