I've posted photos of Spud before ... my friend Jan's dog. Spud loves to chase a stick, despite his advancing years. Here we see my friend's daughter having a fly-casting lesson, with Spud vying for attention! Gotta love that dog!

We are heading back to France this morning for the final chapter of our Parisian Days and hubby's retirement party. There are going to be some emotional days ahead.

Fun. I had a dog once I thought would die with a ball in her mouth. She was always dropping it at someone's feet so they'd throw it for her.
