We were in Aberdeen last night to celebrate the birthdays of two friends - Rob (a doctor) and Melvin (a mechanic). Another friend, Diane, had made a cake for them both. It was a very late night, and we got to our beds at 3.30 am (way too late for me!). When I got up at 7 am and wandered through to the kitchen, this cake-scene met my eyes! The ambulance had crashed onto the knife, Melv the Mechanic was sitting looking dazed, and poor Dr Rob's body had been severed in half! It did make me smile. Early beds tonight, I think.
