We wanted to experience 'conveyor belt' sushi in Japan, to see how different it is to what we've experienced elsewhere in the world. It wasn't so different, and it was very good. As ever, it was very difficult to limit the number of plates you stack up at the end of the meal! :-)

My daughter is still travelling in Japan too and she told me ate fish several times and she stopped doing that when she was 8 yrs old ; it must be really, really fresh to have her eat it 👍😂
