And the winner is ...

The Pak Choi! The first seeds to emerge in the greenhouse. Fiona wanted to record the exciting scene. Let's hope they grow to be big and juicy, and that everything else we've planted has some measure of success. We've already lost our outdoor cauliflower seedlings to an animal of some sort. It was our own fault though, as we didn't have them sufficiently protected. :-( We are novices at this game, but we will learn as we go.
Hurray for Pak Choi! Hope other seedlings join in. Can't tell you how many things used to get eaten by rabbits or squirrels when I grew my own veg in the garden of my previous house. Potatoes I could always do! Carrots were always wibbly wobbly because they grew around those stones I never managed to get out! But I was the potato queen :) Enjoy!

@casablanca I just hope the pak-choi keeps on growing. Maybe Tufty is the cauliflower thief?! I could write a kid's book about that!

We are still waiting fir our second lot of Rocket potatoes. Ordered them online & Easter in the middle but as they are early ones hope they aren’t long. Lovely to see seeds coming up...it’s exciting I think. We have never grown Pak- Choi or perhaps never eaten it...had to check the spelling...perhaps one if the first things to be opened up in the future might be outdoor nursery sites....there is so much produce waiting to be sold.

Veggie seeds and seedlings have been hard to get here because so many people are trying to grow their own,

The first sightings of seedlings is something worth doing a little jig over. It makes the heart feel gleeful!

I wondered if you would be gardening using the greenhouse. Here's the anser to my question.

Nice shot Fiona! We cannot do any veggie gardening here unless it's in pots on the deck but I didn't get to the nursery in time for seeds before everything shut down. So it looks like I'll have another summer of wildflower pots!
