Drying the Onions by jamibann

Drying the Onions

Another day in the garden, laying chuckies (gravel) where our trees used to be, has meant precious little time for photography. However, as I was picking a few more tomatoes in the greenhouse, I saw the drying onions as a photo opportunity. So here they are.
Nice shot

Great! I don't know what it's like to have so many home grown foods. I'm more of a city girl myself.

Nice capture- they taste so much better when you grow them in your own garden. The textures of the roots and stems are the stars here. Good shot!

Your garden labors have produced some lovely food. Thought of your grapes the other day when I was nibbling on some store-bought ones. We use to have a small section of grapevines but the birds enjoyed the fruit more than we got to so the vines were eventually removed.
