A bike and hike today. A round trip from home of 64km mountain biking and a quick 7km munro ascent in the middle. A friend has been organising this trip on an annual basis, but this is the first year we have been able to participate. I was the only woman and so was a little apprehensive but I wasn't last, and it was a great day out. Now I'm ready for my fish and chip supper!
