Rabbie at Union Terrace Gardens by jamibann

Rabbie at Union Terrace Gardens

Another capture from Union Terrace Gardens in Aberdeen. This time you can see the statue of Rabbie Burns which stands on Union Terrace, and the historic arches which have been refurbished (not sure what they're going to be used for though). The pod/pavillion will be a restaurant or cultural space, I believe, but so far no-one has taken it over.
oh i do like this! so many contrasting forms - really good in B&W . Nicely framed

The b&w brings out the lines and curves, not to mention the silhouetted statue.

He certainly stands out there- great shot! I'm intrigued by the modern part- maybe a coffee shop would do good there.
