Not the best of shots, as I had to take it through the glass window. Have not yet been successful in being in the right place at the right time with these birds. I seem to have two who hang about the back of the house, one male, one female, and as soon as I open that window, they're off! So, didn't open the window this time!!!
It's great!! I think the window adds a softness that is appealing. I have desperately been trying to capture a Stellar's Jay but they take off as soon as I raise my camera… it's like they know!
@seejillrun That's how I feel about the cardinal Jill - I am still frustrated not to have a sharp shot, but will keep looking out for them - there's a lady hangs out occasionally too! @randystreat@killeen@gamelee@carolyns@mtpagano@jo13 Thanks folks, I suppose it's not bad for a through-window shot!
@csinger72 Thanks Cindy, I just want it to hang around a bit so I can get some good shots though. It's very nervous. Probably because we live in a built up area.
