We have frogs in our garden near the pond... I think it's their unpredictability that freaks me a little...! Just as you're taking a look at them they hop off...and never in the direction you're expecting! Your frog is obviously more photogenic and a very willing subject!

I am starting to hear them too - rarely see a big one where I live - this guy was at the Nisqually Wildlife refuge. @justine_x - we get little frogs called tree frogs - only an inch or two long - sometimes you will find one in a flower. This mammoth thing was at a wild bird refuge on the side of a pond, sunbathing on a log - he was oblivious to people looking down at him. A couple of years ago a tree frog hopped into the house - it took me ages to get it out - and the dog wasn't helping by barking at it. Every time I almost got it, it hopped the other way. I was laughing pretty hard by the time I finally got it outside.
