@dakotaburns - Thanks Donald. My hubby keeps his bees organically - this is only our second year - but he thinks a lot of the issues (besides chemical use) are from bee farmers over harvesting the honey and leaving the bees none for the winter - replacing with sugar water.
@dakotaburns@jankoos I've heard the same thing about overharvesting of honey -- this last winter, especially, because it was so long, there wasn't enough food for some of the hives to survive. Beautiful shot, Jan!
