Thimbleberry by jankoos

Thimbleberry

Thimbleberry flower along the driveway. A northwest native abundant in this area. The berry is shallow and supposedly shaped like a thimble. Not good to eat - a bit tart. Birds and raccoons really like them.
Nice...I don't think I have seen any of these?
