BBQ

Discovered there is a small Wednesday evening market, downtown Puyallup, 30 miles away. I decided to go thinking it would be nice if I could skip the Saturday market. There were only a few vendors there, but it was sunny and pleasant. I watched a food vendor barbequeing a piece of chicken - I loved the way the smoke was so visible (the chicken smelled good, too!).
