Lots of rain has kept me indoors. Yesterday flooding and power outages.
I had to drive to the airport and back yesterday morning - a 50 mile each way drive - the freeway condition was scary with lots of accidents. Nothing more scary than when you plane with an 18 wheeler right next to you. Definitely keeps you awake! When I got home, I had planned on going to take some pics of fallen leaves on our wooden bridge but rain and falling branches made it an ideal day to catch up on housework.
Hoping this is the week I catch up......
@nanderson@nanalisarocks - thanks so much for the favs ladies - so wet to take outdoor pics. @berry - thanks Helen! @maggiemae - thanks Maggiemae - I did spell correctly - at least that's how it's spelled in N. America - I checked my horticulture book. Strange word and one always want to add an extra 's'.
Beautiful! We have exactly the same one outside our conservatory door. I tried to photograph it but couldn't do it justice. This is a really lovely photo Jan, love the droplets! Don't like the sound of your drive, that does sound scary!!
Sounds a bit of an ordeal! Love fuchsias and these are very pretty ones with their raindrops. We still have a few in the garden and it's fairly mild here atm so hopefully we will hold on to them for a while.
@berry - thanks Helen!
