@maggiemae - Oh Maggiemae you must try one. You eat the seeds. I score the fruit as if to quarter it but don't cut all the way through - then peel back the rind and gently scrape the seeds into a bowl. You can eat by the spoonful - or put on salads - but definitely give them a go.
