15 years ago when I was still in Seattle and my hubby (before we were married) and I were condensing two households into one. We had a big garage sale at my place. Afterward I boxed up clothing and some other stuff that didn't sell to take to Goodwill the next day, and left boxes on the front porch. In the morning this funny thing - like a vase without a bottom - was sitting there with a note on it. Someone without money was cold and took a sweatshirt from the box and left this as payment. It touched my heart - I wished the person had taken more of the warm clothes. I found this thing recently when cleaning out a storage cupboard. I was going to get rid of it but I think the person who left it would like that it was being used as a prop for my 365 project.
I love the angle and the bokeh in the shot, and the commentary was so heartwarming! What a very special way to memorialize such a wonderful experience. And such honesty!
