Such a beautiful morning. Graham and I got loads done in the field including mucking out the stables, cleaning out the drains (lovely job), worming the donkeys, delivering manure to neighbours (they had asked for it!) and picking the donkey muck up off the field.
The weather was so bright and warm and the whole village seemed to be out for a walk. We (well, the donkeys and goats really) had lots of visitors including a couple of families with small children who helped themselves to eggs from the chickens, and a group of about ten twelve year old girls who had been having a sleep-over at one of our neighbours' houses. I don't think that much sleep had been had, and a couple of them still had their pyjamas on.
Our friend Isabelle was one of our visitors and we took a break to have a cup of coffee and a chat while we watched the animals' antics.
Here Joey Boy is having a roll while the dog thinks he is trying to play. Meanwhile, Cashew the pygmy goat is just soaking up a few rays.
Though I must admit I don't envy all the work you must do :-)
