Mrs mangalitsa
we are hoping to start keeping rare breed pigs soon and so went on a pig keeping course today. Saw lots of piggies and a few other animals too.
These are native to Hungary. They aren't great for pork or bacon, but their meat is wonderful when dry cured (apparently)
