I went for a walk with Nadine and Pinky this afternoon, but didn't take many photos. I'm not sure why, but I have three ideas: 1) it was drizzling a lot of the time, 2) nothing called out to be captured, and 3) our conversation did not want to be interrupted for a photograph.
On my way to Nadine's house I decided to practice panning Pinky in the backyard, but that would have worked better BEFORE the walk. We sat in the back yard for a few minutes, but Pinky didn't feel like sprinting across the yard like she usually does. So we went inside to finish our conversation in her living room. And I finally felt inspired by the framing of Nadine in front of her bookshelf. I took a few shots and this one is my favorite.
It seemed a bit strange to me that even though it was significantly cooler outside than in, we still had to put layers back ON when we stopped walking and came inside. A brisk walk certainly warms us up.
