Bimblebox 153 Birds exhibition

Fellow Maleny Printmakers, Cholena and Neville, hanging the Bimblebox 153 Birds exhibition at the Mary Cairncross Rainforest Discovery Centre, Maleny. today. The work of more that 150 printmakers is accompanied by sound (musical and words) in this delightful exhibition to highlight how the birds of the Bimblebox Nature Reserve need to hang on to their habitat which is under threat from mining.
The exhibition (which includes one work of my own) will be on display from Friday 5th Jan to 28th Jan, from 9-2 daily. There will be a talk by Jill Sampson at 3pm on Friday.
The Bimblebox exhibition would be lovely to see. The mines really impact on the environment :)

@777margo @777margo No - mine was the next one to be put up - right where Neville is holding the jig to space the magnets. I should have waited another minute - but I didn't know mine was the next on the list. Can't say I'm fussed on the corner location - but they are all numbered so stay in that order. I'll try to remember to take a pic when I go over for Jill's talk on Friday.
