I have an old DX lens that I rarely use on my Nikon D800 which is an FX type of camera. I really don't understand the technicalities involved, but it is a 55-200mm zoom so if I use it on the FX camera it can be used from around a 70-300mm lens, so today I used it to take some flower shots in the garden. This one was taken using 200mm and f5.6 for the contrast in sharpness and blurriness.
@leananiemand@777margo@onewing@pdulis@ziggy77@radiogirl Thanks for nice comments. I've actually enrolled in Kathleen Clemons Creating Painterly Photographs with CreativLive so it is encouraging me to get out a few lenses that I don't usually use and be a bit more creative.
