I hope I've got this right for the Rule of Thirds Motion. I've put my horizon line on the top third, and the green lightish water on the bottom. The boat of course is on the first vertical third (and the further wave on the second). The motion is in the waves, but I also think the interaction between opposing directions of boat and wave adds to it.
